Île aux Prunes in Malagasy: Nosy Alagnagna, Nosy Alanana or Nosy Ilaintsambo sometimes called Îlot Prune, is a Malagasy island in the Indian Ocean located north-northeast of Toamasina surrounded by a lagoon protected by a barrier Reef.
